Understanding the Concept
Embarking on a journey to create your dream bathroom or kitchen is a significant investment. In our initial consultation with our luxury bathroom and kitchen designers, we focus on understanding your vision, preferences, budget, and more.
This crucial stage sets the foundation for a successful project. Our bespoke showroom offers displays, a diverse product range, tiling concepts, and examples of past projects to help you refine your ideas. We aim to bring your vision to life, ensuring that your dream bathroom or kitchen exceeds your expectations.
Visiting your Home
Having begun to turn your concept into reality, we will need to visit your property to view and measure the room(s) involved, identify the location of services etc., and assess whether there are any technical installation issues to be considered. This visit will also enable us to prepare an initial installation estimate.
Presenting our Design
Following on from the visit to your property, our designers will then use their creative flair and design technology to create computer-aided designs for the project. We will invite you to our luxury showroom where we will present our design ideas to you, discuss colour schemes, options and products and ensure that you have a full and detailed understanding of the transformation that we can make.
During this presentation, we will provide as accurate as possible, product and installation costs based on our home visit and designs.
Appointing Bayliss
Bayliss can offer a unique luxury bathroom and kitchen installation service provided by our very experienced in-house installers. You have a single contract with Bayliss covering all these services and we coordinate and project manage all elements of the installation process.
Any queries you may have are handled directly by ourselves and we strive to give you a stress-free installation experience, enabling you to relax and enjoy the final transformation at your leisure.

In our experience, however good the products and service may have been up to this point, many projects are let down by the installation experience. Most bathroom product showrooms and suppliers are unable to offer an in-house installation service and the customer has to source third party installers and specialist trades (e.g. electricians and plasterers) themselves and then enter into separate contracts with them and coordinate and manage their involvement.
Bayliss are able to offer a unique installation service provided by our very experienced in-house installers. You have a single contract with Bayliss covering all these services and we coordinate and project manage all elements of the installation process.
